Ms. Patton brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the company. Ms. Patton began her healthcare career at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL, where she held positions in registration, accounting and data processing prior to accepting a line position in the business office. From this position, Ms. Patton quickly advanced to Collections Supervisor and Patients Accounts Manager. This experience was the foundation upon which Ms. Patton has built her career in hospital business office operations and accounts receivable management.
After leaving St. Mary’s and before joining ARx, Ms. Patton held management positions in East Pointe Hospital in Lehigh Acres, FL and, as Director of Central Operations for IPN Network, was responsible for management of billing and governmental receivables for over twenty hospitals. Since joining ARx in June 1997, she has earned numerous client commendations during various consulting engagements, and has achieved significant operational improvements and reduction in A/R days as interim director for several facilities. She currently is responsible for managing the relationships of existing ARx clients and in assisting with the operational support that they receive.
